You can make a request to return or exchange after 7 days of receiving your order from the delivery date and before 14 days.

Make sure the product is a light try-on without any damage or misuse, and includes all original packaging.

📦Quick Return Process

Send us an email at mentioning your order number and a quick note about what didn’t work for your child, as this will help us to make improvements in our product. We will respond to your exchange or return request within 1-2 business days

🚚 Return Shipping Cost

If the product you received from our site is damaged or not sealed properly, we’ll bear the shipping cost, but if you feel guilty about your own purchase without any damage, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost.

If you feel the color you ordered doesn’t go with your child's complexion or the size doesn’t fit their head perfectly, all you need to do is reach out to our WhatsApp and we’ll guide you through our easy process and send the replacement once we get the original product back. Exchange process can take up to 3 to 5 business days.
